Sounds like both slavic and romance influences, so I'ma guess Romanian. Which means its likely something else.
Like penguins, I thought It was French at first, but I didn't really understand anything, but then it sounded a bit Russian (which I would not be surprised if I didn't understand). I vote Romanian.
Not Romanian. Definitely a slavic language which ressembles Russian, but I was puzzled by several words, while others were quite wellknown (like /veliki/)
Too many hints there. I figured it was Slavic and northish, but now I'm going to have to guess Belarusian, because it's got to be either that or Ukrainian, as they've got land borders with Poland and I don't think it's check or Slovak (too Russian-esque to my ear).
As Cainntear said, too many hints. Plus the only ones likely to venture a guess are those who have studied a slavic language, after which it is easy to just use wikipedia to narrow down the possibilities.
Just out of curiosity, why do you believe this seems easy? From your spoiler link, it seems that there's considerable difficulty in understanding between northern and southern dialects of the language. R. ==
Falsely believing that the game would be interesting if done in a quick paced "What's My Line" Q&A fashion. If you anyone would care to start a new round in an improved format, please do.
