The transcripts of the first season (20 episodes) will be available around the last week of July.
I studied the first 2 episodes and I found them very difficult: a lot of slang and colloquial expressions that you have to search online.
A good experience, anyway: you think you know something, but in fact you know nothing and you have to return to work. A lesson of humility.
Certainly more difficult to understand than кухня, imho, but the first season is fun and entertaining enough to maintain the motivation to plow through the text.
I'm a little less enthusiastic about the season 2, perhaps because I watched it in one night and didn't understand much, but the alchemy between Tatiana and Oleg has disappeared and it's less fun (just my personnal opinion, of course)

    That's great news - thanks!

I agree that it's much harder than кухня, especially in the beginning. Нагиев likes to create a lot of his own vocabulary too, which can be mind-boggling to a learner. And I think most Russian series I've seen have been best in the beginning, and slowly transform into something I don't want to watch. For example, I don't look forward to watching кухня without Max. Универ Новая Общага changed from a clever sexy plot to a show that was 100% about people lying to each other in less than 2 seasons. The only show that seems to buck the trend is интерны. It's pretty consistently good.
