Russian Subtitles for Episode 33. The format's subtitle is .srt (SubRip) and the encodage is Cyrillique (Windows). If you use it with VLC don't forget to change your "encodage" : Outils (Tools ?) / Preference / soustitre OSD / encodage par default / cyrillique
Russian Subtitles for Episode 34. The format's subtitle is .srt (SubRip) and the encodage is Cyrillique (Windows). If you use it with VLC don't forget to change your "encodage" : Outils (Tools ?) / Preference / soustitre OSD / encodage par default / cyrillique
Hello guys I'm new here on the forum. Thanks for these wonderful resources! I'm enjoying this series myself so I hope to be able to add something to the discussion: I had troubles reading the VLC subtitles. It's okay to change to Cyrillic in VLC player, but I find UTF-8 a much nicer standard so if you're like me and you use linux and don't want to change your default settings, just convert the SRT files from cyrillic to utf⁻8 with this command: iconv -f windows-1251 -t utf-8 NAME-OF-THE-SUB.srt -o NEW-UTF-8-SUB.srt Maybe this has been posted already (still reading page 5), but who knows it might help. PS @Marine, why do you save in cyrillic and not in plain easy utf8 directly? Would save a lot of unneeded changing of encodings. PPS Anyone have srt subs for the first 13 episodes? I've only found subs 1&2 plus 14 and going.
@Krypto : The subtitles for the first 13 episodes don't exist because when I discovered this forum (with the script) I have already seen the 13 first episodes. So I admit it, I am too lazy to rewatch and make the subtitles for these episodes (sorry). About utf8, you're right (of course), but I use subtitle workshop to do the subtitles and utf8 isn't available.
@Marine : Hahah no problem it's understandable, I can see it's a lot of work to do one episode, so I understand you don't feel like doing those of episodes you've already seen. I'm now at ep. 16 and so far I'm enjoying the episodes. The added subs make it the ideal tool to learn something. Another show I've already watched is about Chernobyl - zone of exclusion. Maybe somebody ran out of serials to watch so this could be a welcome continuation. Although I imagine it might not be everybody's cup of tea. In that respect Kitchen is a much lighter and more accessible tv-show.
Russian Subtitles for Episode 35. The format's subtitle is .srt (SubRip) and the encodage is Cyrillique (Windows). If you use it with VLC don't forget to change your "encodage" : Outils (Tools ?) / Preference / soustitre OSD / encodage par default / cyrillique
So sorry that this series has only been translated to Vietnamese! Hope any guys have time to translate it to English...
If you feel that strongly about it, I recommend that you go to elance and hire someone to translate it. Please share the results with this forum. Otherwise, learn Russian. This is a language learning forum after all.
Great work, especially the one in pdf format with english translations on every russian words, many thanks!
The season 5 starts the 7 september on CTC. In the trailers on YT, we can see Max, so I don't know if he's back in the series (perhaps he didn't disappear, I've not followed the series entirely)
Interesting. I went looking for season 5 stuff on youtube a while back and saw nothing but previous seasons being called season 5. I'm glad to hear they're going to continue. I'd like to see Max come back, but I'm sort of tired of the Max-Vika story line; they've sort of run it into the ground.
