Can someone point me to a Japanese outline typeface font ? Free or paid it doesn't matter, but free is better. I want something like what's pictured below. The term outline font also refers to something other than what I want and I'm having a bad hair day trying to tease out search terms that get me want I want. Polydog to the rescue ! (The font in the image below was not for sale or download on the page where I spotted it.)
The search terms you are looking for are "inline" and "engraved". Plus I would think "kanji" instead of "japanese". And you want to do your search via google/bing/etc images. I did a quick one and all I found was a site with a relatively small number of tattoo outline stencils. You might want to restrict your search further by specifying only domains with the .jp country code.
Of course I discovered my word processor can create this effect with any font. Which is good enough for my wants. Thanks just the same. Sheesh, I think I'll go eat the couch now.
